Pros: The size and weight of Dr. Brown’s Natural Flow breast pump is a definite plus. Many reports that it is very easy to transport. The one way airflow technology is well received and seems legitimate in it’s claims from the majority of customer reports. The price is fairly low for a high end breast pump. Many reports that it is very comfortable.
Cons: Some reports that the pump wasn’t as effective as other electrics in expelling milk. Several reports that pinching of the nipples occurs occasionally. Several reports of overall disappointment with the pump.
Our recommendation: Positive and negative reviews were about even. Those who approved, absolutely loved it. Those who didn’t, were emphatic about it’s limitations and inefficiencies. We recommend this product for two reasons. One, the price is good. Two, we came across numerous reports of excellent customer service provided by Whittlestone, the manufacturer. The warranty is solid and the company seems to follow through.
